Overview
Our Commitment
At CodeAxe Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality work you will be proud of. We work collaboratively with clients throughout every project to ensure satisfaction. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Section 02
Deposits & Upfront Payments
Non-Refundable Deposits
Deposits paid to secure your project slot are non-refundable. Once a deposit is received, we begin allocating resources, turning away other potential clients, and initiating project planning. The deposit compensates us for this reservation.
Exceptions
If CodeAxe Technologies is unable to begin the project due to our own circumstances (e.g., unforeseen team unavailability), your deposit will be fully refunded within 5–10 business days.
Section 03
Mid-Project Cancellations
Client-Initiated Cancellation
If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated on a pro-rata basis of the agreed project fee. Any overpayment will be refunded within 10 business days.
What You Receive
Upon cancellation, you will receive all completed work and deliverables up to that point, in their current state. This includes any designs, code, or assets produced during the engagement.
Section 04
Project Completion
Final Delivery
Once a project is marked as complete and final payment is received, refunds are not available. We offer a revision period (as defined in your project agreement) to address any issues with the delivered work before final sign-off.
Sign-Off Process
Before final payment is due, you will have the opportunity to review all deliverables and request revisions within the agreed scope. Your final payment serves as your acceptance of the delivered work.

Defects & Quality Issues
Post-Delivery Issues
If a significant defect or error is discovered within 30 days of project delivery — one that materially prevents the intended use of the delivered work — we will fix it at no additional charge.
Scope Limitations
This guarantee covers bugs and defects in the code or design we delivered, not issues arising from third-party services, client modifications, hosting environments, or requirements changes after delivery.
Section 06
Subscription & Retainer Services
Monthly Plans
For monthly retainer or subscription services, you may cancel at the end of any billing cycle by providing 14 days' written notice. Pro-rata refunds are not issued for partial months.
Unused Hours
Unused hours from monthly retainer packages do not roll over or accrue refund value unless explicitly stated in your service agreement.

How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us at hello@codeaxe.co.in with your project name, the reason for your request, and any supporting information. We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with our decision.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
